Take 27 (west) to exit 41, Robert Moses Parkway (south).Take Robert Moses Parkway (south) to Ocean Parkway (west) Jones Beach. Take Ocean Parkway (west) approximately 13 miles to Jones Beach Monument. Continue straight (west) on Ocean Parkway which will become Meadowbrook State Parkway (north) after Jones Beach Monument. Take Meadowbrook State Parkway (north) approximately 3 miles from Jones Beach Monument to exit M10 Loop Parkway. Take Loop Parkway (south) until the end. Exit right onto Lido Boulevard. Take Lido Boulevard (west) approximately 2.7 miles. Look for firehouse on left. There will be a sign on the center median “Welcome to Long Beach”. Continue on Lido Boulevard which now becomes Park Avenue for six traffic lights after traffic light at firehouse to Monroe Boulevard. Turn left (south) onto Monroe Boulevard until East Broadway (the next traffic light). Turn left (east) onto East Broadway (heading east) approximately ½ block. The Floridian is on the right, 330-340 East Broadway, Long Beach.

Alternate from Eastern Long Island (points south)(west of Robert Moses Parkway):

Take 27 (west) to the Village of Freeport. Look for sign Meadowbrook Parkway (south). Take Meadowbrook State Parkway (south) to exit M10, Loop Parkway (last exit before Jones Beach toll plaza). Take Loop Parkway (south) until the end. Exit right onto Lido Boulevard. Take Lido Boulevard (west) approximately 2.7 miles. Look for firehouse on left.
